Following Option1: Do we have any exempted areas/locations on exteior buildings.

Lights on carpark (underground and open space) areas, and for signage purposes are exempted?

Where exactly do should the Option 2 measurements be taken?  i.e. a certain distance above the light source? on the roof?

Perimeter light levels affected by surrounding sites.

The perimeter light levels are driven by the surrounding light sources such as street lights and adjoining building lights.  Do I need to make note of these factors in the credit form?

Can a building going for re-certification attempt additional credits that are not performance based

I understand that a building attempting re-certification is awarded 10 points for their past certification.  My question is can a building attempting re-certification using Version 4.1 also...

Buenos dias, una consulta. En cuanto a la toma de mediciones de iluminación exterior en un edificio. ¿A que nivel de referencia se deben hacer estas mediciones? (en este caso usaremos luxometro...
