Do we use the Annual Baseline or Design Water Consumption ?

I am trying to fill out this LEED calculator for the 5 HVAC materials that we are using on a project, 440 Gasket Tape, Duct Sealant DP1015, Oatey No 5.

In a LEED v4 CI project, we have a floor that will architecturally stay the same. New HVAC and new lighting fixtures (same ceiling and placement though).

If a project is running a simulation that shows the LUX color levels for each room on the plan, would the project have to still fill out a v2009 Daylight calculator?
