I'm thinking if we could submit the form with the complete list of equipment for design review if there's no model (brand) and model number though the project team is sure that it is all new equipment are to be installed on site and already specified the specs. However, we can say that there's no model and model number since they have not yet procure the equipment so as of now we don't know yet what to put in the form. Did someone already experienced this situation?
