Daylight Option 2 Grid Size

The LEED Reference Guide does not specify a grid size for daylight illuminance simulations.

I have been using the default 0.5 m grid spacing while simulating daylight illuminance using the software IESVE, but the simulations are taking a very long time, more than a day per floor.

What is the maximum allowable grid spacing for Option 2?

Is this question solved? Information for other users, the grid size for daylight simulation is defined in the IES LM 83-12. It is two feet maximum. I wish it might help Ziad and others.
