Why is "French VOC Emissions Labeling Class A or A+" only under “Formaldehyde emissions evaluation (for composite wood)” and not under  “VOC emissions evaluation” (for ceiling tiles)?

For a Fitness Building, with large expanses of mirrored walls, can we calculate the floor space with views that are reflected in mirrors as LEED compliant?  Mirrors are full height on walls.
