Target Finder outside the US

NC-v4.1 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance

Hello everyone,

I ahve read that for LEED v4 BD+C Target Finder results are not required for projects outside the USA. Is this aspect still valid for LEED v4.1?

If the baseline model meets the 300 unmet hours requirement but the proposed model does not, this may be because the design of that project has an issue.  So there is no way to meet 300 unmet...
