Is the multifamly BPF listed for this ACP for all multifamily projects or only those registered under Multifamily midrise/multifamily rating systems? The way it is written it seems like it is...

I haven't found any major issue for this credit.

I have had no issues with this credit and apply it to all Mulitfamily Midrise projects which are typically showing compliance over ASHRAE 90.1-2013 in NYC. This makes energy model submissions...

Is there a benefit/penalty with regard to points earned by using this method compared to a 2010 PRM comparison?

The 2020 version of the calculator seems to have improved functionality.
