Commercial Multifamily BPF (when registered under NC)

Is the multifamly BPF listed for this ACP for all multifamily projects or only those registered under Multifamily midrise/multifamily rating systems? The way it is written it seems like it is only for the multifamily rating systems; however it looks like those have their own ACP so perhaps not. There is a big difference in the BPF (0.89 vs 0.72) so wanted to be sure. If using the one for New Construction, it is actually lower/ worse than the standard 90.1-2016 BPF so loses most of its advantage (90.1-2016 BPF ranges from 0.69 -0.81).
