Is LEED Online compatible with Windows 8?

I'm at Windows 8 and when I enter the LEED Online initial page it starts to beahve very weird...it moves, the dark ribbon from the top of the page goes down. Does anyone know?

Hi Have I understood it correctly, that for a tenant less than 75 %, it is enough to sub meter the electricity for that tenant (plug loads and lighting) in one meter?

I'm using a grey asphalt shingle as my roofing material and the manufacturer has no SRI or emittance information. What can I do to achieve this credit?

Would particle board be considered for this credit requirements? We have a situation where we are using it on the floor but I wouldn't necessarily see this as being held to these requirements.
