Title 24 / Alternative Comliance path for California

The LEEDv4 ND reference guide does not cite Title 24 2016 as an alternate compliance path for projects permitted in the State of California. Can you confirm that this is an acceptable approach...

Eliot Allen LEED AP-ND, Principal, Criterion Planners LEEDuser Expert 294 thumbs up January 5, 2018- 7:36 pm Nuttanee, if the ND Reference Guide section on District Energy Systems (pp 320-321) doesn't address your questions, I recommend you post them to the LEEDuser forum for the New Construction rating system because ND procedures are intended to be consistent with NC Minimum Energy Performance procedures.
