Will RECs from TIGR fulfill the credit requirement for EAc4 LEED CI v2009 ?

Is LEED v4.1 Acoustic Performance 1 point or 2?

The LEED v4.1 reference guide and the USGBC website say that the credit is one point.  LEED Online also seems to indicate that it is one point.
