CI v4: Project only uses LED lighting- still need calculator?

Hello, 

We are attempting this credit for an Innovation point for a v4 CI project. Within the CI scope, only LEDs have been installed. Is a calculator still required if there are no lamps...

I'm not sure where to post a question about this credit as we are submitting it as an ID credit under Core and Shell v2009.

If the overall average of 70 picograms per lumen hour is not satisfied, and the lamps identified to have high mercury content do not complete their useful life before the performance period ends...

USGBC released a revised Purchasing Calculator with an updated weighted average formula for lamps. The link to the calculator in the Resources tab will take you to the updated version.
