Heat Island Reduction Roof

What if there is a Shed on the Terrace?
Since the sun rays are not falling directly on to the terrace and no direct expose of terrace surface... Will such project comply this credit ??

In LEED v2009 BD+C Sustainable Sites Credit 7.1 there is a table with solar reflectance index for standard paving materials, where the typical new gray concrete is 35.

If there are solar panels covering the roof - does this comply for Heat Island Reduction? If so, is there additional information required to be shared regarding the solar panels installed?

This option states achieve both EP options 1 and 2. How does this make sense.

Are you able to earn more than one EP per credit. Even so, the max EP per project is 2 and thus EP 1+2 would...
