In the LEED-NC credit form for SSc8, there is a box that exempts hospitals from the interior lighting requirement.

the credit says: Exterior lighting power densities shall not exceed those specified in ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007 with Addenda 1. what do we mean by Addenda1.

I am trying to understand the difference between the two sections of the credit form for these calculations. I don't find much help in the credit language.
