How to Document Straight Down Fixture Lumens

We have to document that, for LZ2, max. 2% of initial fixture lumens are emitted at an angle of 90 degrees of more from nadir. In your experience how would you achieve this? We have the EULUMDAT data for the fixtures in IES format. Is there a way to automatically calculate how many lumens each fixture emits above the limit? Thanks,
