Pantry in Office Building

Dear all, I have a Pantry zone in an office building that is conditioned spearetely by a FCU. This zone has refrigerator, coffee maker, and recycling bins.

Is it ok to take out charge for changing facilities?

Hi! Our project, an office building, will have the changing facilities adjacent to a gym. The tenant will take out a small charge from the workers for usage of the gym.

Old concrete
