Hello- We are submitting for IEQ credits 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 and there are several materials that overlap all three of these categories, primarily carpet adhesive (which would fall under 4.1 and 4.3)

How we can calculate the total occupancy (all building users) of a Hotel building registered under NC v3? And if GBCI has reference documents (information).Thanks

Hi, I am working on a multi-tenant office building. One tenant with over 70% of the rented area doesn't want to give their concsumption data.

The DES guideline (2010) allows us to model DES cooling plant with a COP of 4.4, which includes cooling towers and primary pumps.

We have a site that has a strip of prime farmland, which we are not building on per se. We have a retention pond with a water feature in mind for that area.

Our building includes offices attached to a manufacturing facility by a hallway and kitchen area. The initial goal was to just get the offices and kitchen area LEED certified for EBOM.

Hello, Our project have 346 parking spaces on 4 underground levels , only 35 will be outside and will not be covered.

The owner has committed to providing desk lamps to open office areas to meet individual control at work stations. The work stations however, are not officially part of the project.
