Round up or down for weekend daily trip average?

The project has 16 trips Saturday and 13 trips Sunday, and the average is 14.5 [(16+13)/2].

Can I assume rounding up to 15 daily trips for the entire weekend?

Inspection reports vs photos?

In v2009, inspection reports were sufficient documentation to confirm the implementation of the IAQ Mgmt Plan.  Is this still acceptable?  The LEED v4 reference guide only mentions photog

We are pursuing in this credit the "Option 2: Providing onsite alternative fueling stations for 3% of total vehicle parking capacity is a bit more involved and potentially more expensive.
