How do we justify the percentage reduction is more than 40%, is there some sort of documentation required to demonstrate our project is not utilizing parking spaces that are allocated on the lease agreement?

Hi Keith,
The credit measures the number of spaces available to project occupants, not the number project occupants are actively using. So if you have a lease agreement entitling the project to X spaces, X would have to be 40% lower than the baseline defined in the reference guide. And for documentation you can provide the lease or a site plan highlighting the spaces allocated to the project.

Thank you. We will go with submitting the lease pertaining to the number of parking allocated. But don't think a highlighted parking plan is required if they are not for reserved parking.
