The project has 16 trips Saturday and 13 trips Sunday, and the average is 14.5 [(16+13)/2].
Can I assume rounding up to 15 daily trips for the entire weekend?

Hi Danielle, this isn't addressed in the credit language and I'm not aware of any projects where it has affected a credit achievement threshold...in the absence of clear guidance I think it simply depends on how cautious/conservative you want to be in your ride count.
A reviewer wouldn't have guidance on this either, so they would have to be looking at your transit schedule uploads very closely and then making the decision to recalculate and round down - I would hope they would give the benefit of the doubt in your favor, or at least not go digging that deeply in the first place if your documentation is clear overall.

Emily,
My calculations are [(16+13)/2= 14.5] 15 and [(30+17)/2 = 24.5] 25, which would be exactly 40 (15+25). Even just adding 14.5 and 24.5 is 39.
Would I have to document these calculations on the exhibit? Or could I just plainly put 15 and 25?

You would just need to list 15 and 25 on the form, and upload your bus schedules as backup.
So a reviewer could potentially look at those schedules and recalculate. But like I said, it would be just as much a judgement call for them to round down as it is for you to round up, as the credit doesn't specify what to do if you end up with a .5 in your average.
