Do I need to submit the purchase invoice or any other documentation confirming product acquisition when applying for Building Product Disclosure and Optimization credits on LEED Online? If not...

Concrete Mixes Counting as Separate Products- One EPD

The Concrete supplier utilized multiple "mixes" of concrete in the project. A mix has slightly different functions, which I think would mean it is a separate product based on the USGBC definition...
