How do we enter the Design Flow rates for European Project in the “Indoor Water Use reduction Calculator”? The Flow in the data sheet in Europe is given at 300 kPa vs 415 kPa the...

District cooling chilled water

If the project is served by a district cooling plant outside LEED project boundary , does the chilled water count as process water and needs to be included in water efficiency calculations?
