Use of bidets

Hello,
We have a residential building project, in which bidets will be used in the toilets. But inside the calculator of the Indoor Water Use Reduction I do not check the option to add it...

When a project outside US cannot find equivalent listed, is it enough just to meet the specified 20% reduction requirements? Do those products MUST be local products or can they use imported...

How do we evaluate electric showers since their flow rate will vary on water temperature? 

Does it make sense to use the flow rate at typical how water shower temperature?...
