Open grid pavement for SSc5.1

As per Table 6.8.1D, I observed the following EER = 12.3-(0.213*Cap/1000) EER Also, Cap means the rated cooling capacity of the product in Btu/hr.

Hello, I can't seem to locate where LEED specifies what energy sources need to be su bmetered. I know that electricity end uses need to be sub metered for LEED v3 but does water?

Dear all, I would like to know if it is mandatory to comply with minimum exhaust rates indicated in TTABLE 6-4 Minimum Exhaust Rates from ASHRAE 60.1 -2010.
