Healthy Hospitals Initiative documentation

Healthcare-v2009 MRc5: Furniture and medical furnishings

Has anyone achieved this credit using manufacturer documentation through the Healthy Hospitals Initiative in lieu of BIFMA or HPD documentation? 

Necessary to include Certified Wood if targeting Option 3 in MRc5

According to the Healthcare reference guide under MRc5 Section 8 Examples: "furniture that meets the criteria for more than one option can be counted twice". A $100 item where 95% meets Option 1...
