Has anyone received data from bed manufacturers? So far only Stryker seems to have anything (recycled content in steel) but has not provided weight data that would allow the calculation of this credit. Beds are so expensive that they are pretty important to getting this credit, at least for inpatient facilities.

No. Stryker has been ahead of everyone else if you can call it 'ahead'. Do we need to tag team a certain other manufacturer?

Yes, please. It's important that they realize that there's a demand for this info. One of our healthcare colleagues shared responses from both, which took nearly 2 years to receive (!). The gist is that neither Hill-Rom nor Stryker are able to provide documentation at this time, but they both claim to be working on it.
Interestingly, the Stryker response said that they don't comply at all - it did not include the fact that their beds claim to include recycled content in steel. This is different then the response I received, which highlighted the steel info but didn't give me any info on weight/percentages. This made me wonder if others had received different info.

Checking in on this one again - has anyone else been successful in getting compliance info from Stryker? Do you have a contact there who I might reach out to? Thanks.

Checking in on this - has anyone been successful in getting compliance info from Hill-Rom since these discussions a year or two ago? Thank you!
