I submitted a split review and submitted the design credits. I recived a letter back were we need to provide additional information on a few of the credits.

Hi everyone! We have a project which is registered to be certified with v2009. We haven't done Preliminary Design Submittal yet and we are aware of v2009 sunset on June 30.

Can I register the project to look a LEED points after demo.  The project wants to demo the interior (some exterior) of an existing building but not do LEED required waste diversion.

A client has earned enough points for LEED Gold in the end of the construction phase. As there is margin, he comments that he prefers not to fulfill an awarded credit.
