Change awarded credit after Construction Review

A client has earned enough points for LEED Gold in the end of the construction phase. As there is margin, he comments that he prefers not to fulfill an awarded credit. Is it possible to make an appeal of an earned credit?

I think you could just withdraw that credit instead of having to appeal. There is probably no way to do so in LEED Online so contact GBCI.
