Hi everyone! We have a project which is registered to be certified with v2009. We haven't done Preliminary Design Submittal yet and we are aware of v2009 sunset on June 30.

We have 2 main questions: 

1. This project is already completed and in use. Can we make Preliminary Design Sumittal anyway? 

2. Is there any minimum prerequisites/credits we have to submit for Preliminary DS? We want to reach to submit before v2009 sunset and there's not so much time left.
