I would like to confirm if residential buildings of 6 floors (without fitouts) can be certified under LEEDv4 for Core and Shell Development.

We're getting started on a 14,000 SF tenant finish project within a 21,000 SF building.

why certain hospitals are certified under new construction or core and shell instead of healthcare ??

The project is basically an outpatient clinic, a building for multiple medical offices and labs. There will be no inpatient services. It does not operate 24 hrs a day.

If the building will be constructed and leased to be used as a medical facility by an unknown operator, it is possible to apply for a Core & Shell certification?

If a building will be constructed to be leased for hospital purposes to an unknown medical operator, it is possible tu apply for a Core & Shell certification instead of Healthcare?

I am interested in finding out if LEED has guidelines for Pakistan, specifically Islamabad, as I am doing a project for one of my master's courses in Green Buildings in that area.
