The project is basically an outpatient clinic, a building for multiple medical offices and labs. There will be no inpatient services. It does not operate 24 hrs a day. Can we register as a New Construction and not as Healthcare? Thanks.

When you say that it is a clinic (=MOB), that sounds more like you could use regular NC.
Under 2009 some outpatient facilities would still qualify where HVAC runs continuously for operating suites and procedure rooms, but the v4 guidance says "hospitals" specifically and refers to inpatient capacity, in addition to the 24-hour operation requirement.

David: I want to reiterate on your answer. Our outpatient clinic does have a 24/7 HVAC running, even though that only offers medical services in normal office hours. Are we able to register in New Construction V4? Or are we required to do Healthcare V4?
