I would like to confirm if residential buildings of 6 floors (without fitouts) can be certified under LEEDv4 for Core and Shell Development. Reference Guide states that "High-rise residential buildings 4 stories or more can use New Construction or Multifamily Midrise." but it doesn't mention anything about LEED for Core and Shell.

If scope is limited to core and shell then I don't see why that rating system would not be applicable. I would review the scorecard and confirm that the requirements, especially prerequisites, are attainable. I would also confirm with GBCI your choice before going too far.

The circumstances aren't completely clear - the note says that your project is in Poland - in the USA this would not be a typical approach for a mulifamily building. If it was apartments then the owner would build out the units with all of the interiors.
For condominiums I can see that there may be more opportunity for the new owner to finish their space but there could still be incompatibility between what the developer provides (probably more than core and shell including at least some of the interior fit out materials and esign) compared to the owners (remaining fit out).
Make a list of items the owners would provide to get a better feel for it - would the owners be providing appliances and plumbing fixtures for instance?

In Poland in most cases residential developers provide unfinished empty apartmets without any appliances, plumbing fixtures nor lighting fixtures. There are only cables or plumbing system outlets that the future apartment owner can connect their appliances or fixtures to. The new owner is responsible for fit-out works. That is the reason why I wanted to confirm if LEED for Core and Shell is available for residential projects.

This sounds like a reasonable application for core and shell to me, you may need to explain the situation to GBCI as this will differ from the typical approach in a USA project where there would be at least some lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances provided.
