Sam, the risks I see are that 1) documentation completed after the fact has the potential to run into problems if you haven't kept track of key data or paperwork.

If you are registered for LEED v2.2, then you must follow AGMBC, 2005. As you mentioned, all 4 buildings must independently meet the requirements for the EQ credits.

Danny, the form you're referring to has been an integral part of LEED-2009 MR documentation, but there is no equivalent for v2.2.

Good Day, Except for EAP2 and EAC1 the Performance Periods for each credit must be a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 2 years. EAP2 and EAC1 must have a full year of data.

This does sound like one project, and in past CIRs and reviews the GBCI has indicated project teams have some latitude to define the LEED site boundary as best fits the situation.
