If you are registered for LEED v2.2, then you must follow AGMBC, 2005. As you mentioned, all 4 buildings must independently meet the requirements for the EQ credits. For the 2 buildings that are storage, you may be able to exempt them from compliance, because storage is not considered a regularly occupied space. For example, the 2 offices would go for EQc8.1 Daylight and Views, but the 2 storage buildings will be exempt from calculations. It may be worth submitting a CIR for all the credits you intend to exempt the storage buildings from. If you get an unfavorable response from USGBC, then perhaps you should just certify the 2 offices.
