The 2024 update to LEED v4 splits the points into energy cost (site/source) and GHG emissions similar to LEED v4.1 Optimize Energy Performance Credit. My question is as follows:

How do we calculate parking spaces using the Table for Base ratios for a warehouse with attached two-level office buildings? The predominant space is the warehouse.

Does the covered basketball court on the roof qualify for open space credit?
