I have a bungalow unit (single Storey hous) with 3 bedrooms. And each bedroom opens to a Zen Garden of Native plants using a Sliding Glass Door.

Has anyone used this successfully (gained certification)?

Hi, we have a DOAS system in the design and our baseline system is Sys#8, VAV with fan power boxes. And the DOAS outdoor air is more than ASHRAE min ventilation requirement (more than 130%).
