We have been asked to demonstrate that our product (a vinyl floor covering) is in compliance with requirement.One path to compliance is to meet testing requirements of CDPH Standard Method v1.1 2010. This standard has been revised and in LEED v 4.1 the requirement is CDPH Standard Method v1.2 2017.

Our product meets the revised 2017 version of the tesr - however, we are informed that this is not does not meet the requirement requested under LEED 2009 and that our product cannot be accepted.

Could anyone advise if this interpretation is correct? I accept and note that v1.1 cannot be used to show compliance to LEED v4.1 but it does not seem correct that a later revised standard cannot meet / exceed teh requirement of earlier iterations of LEED.
