I am working in a project that has no heating or cooling system, therefore I used the same HVAC system as in the proposed model (system #4: PSZ-HP).

OK, here's my dilemma: Icemakers are covered by Energy Star, but only air-cooled ice makers qualify. On our project, we have a number of Hoshizaki water-cooled icemakers.
