I have filled out all the information based on actual costs for all product materials and at the end of the form there are no documented points and the "table indicator" states "incomplete". Not sure what is wrong. All the rows are filled in and at the end it shows my recycled & regional materials values

It won't be complete until you upload documentation for 20% of the products usually obtained from shop drawings.

If I want to pursue actual costs option what should I do? Should I fill in actual costs of all the materials and products as per listed in MasterFormat 2004 sections or should I fill in only relevant materials to specific credits and the total sum of actual costs simply write in the field?

Susan - I have uploaded my cutsheets and the table indicator still reads "Incomplete". Any other suggestions?

Ara - I too have uploaded my cutsheets and at the bottom it reads MR Credit 4 : Recycled Content Points Documented: 0
While everything I am looking at and have entered indicates we are over 20% and should have 2 points.
Can anyone let Ara and I know what is going on here?

It's not out of the ordinary for the forms to not function well or completely. It's frustrating, confirmation that the form is complete is obviously ideal, but if you know you've completed the form correctly - you've double checked all of the check boxes and spaces that are required to be completed, and the form still isn't registering the appropriate number of points, I would just go ahead and submit. You can also make a note of it to GBCI in the form or as an upload, so your reviewers understand that you believe you've completed everything required and that the form isn't working correctly. Bottom line is, don't waste too much time or hold up a submittal for too long because of a form that doesn't work.

Petr,
Technically, you need to report everything in the form. The credit may get flagged if you don't. However, if you have your info well organized elsewhere and can upload it as supporting documentation, you may get by with just providing a summary in the form. Just make your approach to the documentation clear to the GBCI so they understand how and what you are communicating in the form.

I have had this exact problem recently and we solved it last night. On the MR form for credits 3-7 you cannot leave any empty cells (for the credits you are trying to obtain). In my instance it was MRc3, 4, & 5. I entered a "0" in all cells that were blanks and finally the table indicator said "complete" and the appropriate amount of points were documented.
Additionally, For some strange reason the data in the form while looking at MRc3 was not the same as 4 & 5 (the totals were wrong), so I had to force MRc3 form to match 4 & 5, which they should have anyway. Once the totals matced across all 3 credits I was able to submit the forms for review.
The last step to pay attention to is on the "Credit summary" for each credit, make sure the correct percentage is checked for the number of points you are trying to achieve. They don't automatically move from 10% to 20% once your form shows you have reached that level.
This was very frustrating and I tried to contact tech support numerous times via phone and their online form. They never answered me after waiting on hold for 3 hours and for over 1 month on the email version. It ended up being a peer from another company that helped solve it.
