Hi Have I understood it correctly, that for a tenant less than 75 %, it is enough to sub meter the electricity for that tenant (plug loads and lighting) in one meter?

Would particle board be considered for this credit requirements? We have a situation where we are using it on the floor but I wouldn't necessarily see this as being held to these requirements.
