Worst Case Scenario

EBOM-2009 MRc4:Sustainable purchasing - reduced mercury in lamps
posted by  AtSite Inc  on

I have scoured the internet for HG content of a few of the CFLs we have in our building with no luck. Let's say I can't find HG content and thus cannot know whether the CFLs meet NEMA guidelines.

The credit mentions that pressurized entryway vestibules are required for high volume building entrances but I don't see on the template where this information is entered.

Credit Language

NC-v4 WEc1:Outdoor water use reduction
posted by  Adam Noureddine  on

Hello, I noticed that the credit language is the same for prerequisite 1 and the credit 1 Option 1. In my opinion, this option becomes redundant and obsolete since the prerequisite is required.

Waste Audit - Averaging?

EBOM-2009 MRc6:Solid waste management - waste stream audit

Hello: the property has been tracking recyclables since 2011 in support of their ISO14001 program. So I have monthly data going back since Jan 2011. A 24-hour period does not make sense to them.

While I recognize that laundry detergent is not part of this credit, I see a comment in this thread stating that you could make a case to add it.
