Additional floors of existing building

I had a comment on a LEED review in IEQc7.1 to provide a summary table which lists the heating and cooling design parameters used for each space type and the Room Input Reports for each space type.

We're working on a small project (7,500 SF) pursuing LEED NC v2009 designed with water-source VRFs served by a shared central condenser water system with cooling towers, boilers, and pumping.

In LEED NC there are explicit instructions as to whom is eligible to be the projects' CxA. I don't see reference to this in LEED EBOM.

Natural Ventilation

Good day, we have a project that is naturally ventilated. ASHRAE 90.1 2007 states that the energy cost budget method cannot be used for designs with no mechanical systems.

REC Certificate - Renewable Energy

Dear All:- Our project don't have any Renewable energy such as Solar, Windmill so we plan to Buy a REC certificate for our Entire energy use (100%) as per ID -10161 1.Is it possible to get EAc2,

Using NO VOC's in a building

Hi, I am working on a Core and Shell project that is not using any VOC containing products, can this project still gain this credit as no VOC products are being used and therefore VOC Emittance is
