EBOM-2009 PIf5:Previously LEED Certified Details

LEED recertification process

Hi, I have to register a LEED EBOM certified project. I can not find the recertification option in LEED Online. What is the process to follow? If I registry the project in LEED EBOM rating system, will I have available the date of first LEED EBOM certificate? Thanks

Hi Victor, In order to register a recertification project you can follow these steps. 1) Click the green "Create New Project" button on the LEED Online home page. 2) Enter the project details and ensure "Recertification" is included in the project name. 3) Under the box requesting your email address, click the button that says "The project was previously certified" and complete the boxes with the information on the previously certified project. This should register your project as a recertification. I am unclear about your second question, can you please clarify what information you are looking for? Thanks!

Thanks Kimberly. The second question is: The LEED EBOM recertification process includes many requirements that depend on the first LEED EBOM certification. At the moment of managing the LEED project in LEED Online, will be available in LEED Online the previous certification information? Thanks again!!!

Hi Victor, Thank you for clarifying. I would say that if you don't already have access to the old project in LEED Online, you could have the Project Admin for the previous certification project email USGBC/GBCI and ask for a bulk download of the application. The documentation for the previous submittal will not be automatically available for review on LEED Online once the recertification project has been registered, so you will have to request this information if it is not already available to you. I hope that helps!

Thank you, all clear.
