what about tenant signage?

As far as I understand internally iluminated signage that is in the scope of future tenants and thus not in C&S scope is excluded, correct? So when tenants install signage on their own they can

Is the tenant obliged to install additional renewable energy (or sign ownership/contract for off-site renewable energy) if the CS project fullfills criteria and recieves maximum (3) points?

It seems that for projects with small amounts of landscape areas, which many Homes: Midrise projects would be, the performance path doesn't seem to make sense.

Our office project will occupy two floors of a newly constructed building and the building owner will provide all water fixtures including water closets, lavatory faucets and kitchen faucets.

Going for IEQc1.3 after complying with EQp1 (v4)

The office building is being certified under EBOM v2009. The project team wants to substitute the prerequisite IEQp1 v2009 with EQp1 v4 and then achieve IEQc1.3 credit.
