Dear all, I would like to use LI ID# 100001163 : "Shuttle buses should provide direct access to transit facilities within 2 miles of the project site, approximately a 5-10 minute drive, and must be available to all project occupants", to achieve points on SSc4.1 credit. In the credit form, I need to choose one of the following options: Option 1: Rail station, bus rapid transit and ferry terminal proximity Option 2: Bus stop proximity Option 3: Rideshare proximity By using private shuttle buses, should I choose option 2? I really appreciate your time and support.

Hanh: I am using this LI on a project as well. I was told to select the option on the credit form for the transit type that the shuttle bus provides access to (within 2 miles of the project site, approx. 5-10 minute drive, available to all occupants). You will also need to provide a special circumstances narrative stating that the project is complying via a permanent shuttle bus that provides direct access to at least one commuter rail, light rail, subway station, bus rapid transit station, or commuter ferry terminal per the Reference Guide and Correction published on 4/1/2012. Provide a site plan or map, with scale. Ensure that the site plan or map clearly identifies the shuttle route and schedule between the project and the transit stops. Clarify whether all building occupants access the shuttle from the main entrance of the project and if the shuttle operates during the most frequent commuting hours.
