Hi, To achieve this credit for our project, providing a shuttle service is the only way. I have a couple of question regarding the same: 1.

This project has about 4 public bus stops located within 1/4 mile of walking distance from project entrance.

My project is served by three different bus "routes" (AT2, AT4 and AT5) that make stops that are located well within the 1/4 mile walking distance.

There are around 10 bus stops that are within 1/4 mile walking distance from the building main entrance (Some of the bus stops only have one bus line).

Our project is looking into using a mass transit center that is less than two miles from the project for this credit.

Can a rapid bus qualify as a "light rail" or "commuter rail"?

Can our walking path that leads to the bus stops go through the buildings parking lot?

We are pursuing the exemplary performance element of this credit, as the site is extremely well served by bus routes (just counting the main bus lines, we have over 706 compliant bus rides/day).

On the form it notes that for exemplary performance we have to show that we are within 1/2 mile of at least 2 existing commuter rail, etc….and/or within 1/4 mile of at least 2 stops for 4 or more…b
