Hi,
To achieve this credit for our project, providing a shuttle service is the only way. I have a couple of question regarding the same:
1. If we provide a shuttle service that will be available on demand (Phone call), does this have to be a free service for the employees and the owner has to bear the costs?
2. What kind of documentation should be provided to pursue the credit with the shuttle service?

Per LEED Interpretation #704, you should be prepared to provide information on the shuttle service, including information on schedule and capacity, to demonstrate that the system can adequately serve building occupants. Shuttle buses should provide direct access to transit facilities within 2 miles of the project site, approximately a 5-10 minute drive, and must be available to all project occupants.
