Balcony Mats

Hello, we are working with a property that has a private balcony only accessible from the tenant's kitchen, and only open to the tenant's employees.

Handicap Access

Our building has a separate main entrance and handicap access (which includes an elevator to travel between street level and lobby vertically).

Entryway Grates and Mats

The building has entryway grates a few feet in length in the vestibule of all building entrances.

According to the latest Addenda the following statement, "Provide containment drains plumbed for appropriate disposal of hazardous liquid wastes in places where water and chemical concentrate mixin
