Access to LEED rating EBOM MRc4 form?

Maybe I haven't looked in the right place but I have read many comments and haven't found clarity on what a proven strategy is for earning a green cleaning ID credit in NC 2009.

We submitted a green cleaning policy for a new building on a campus that has an established a green cleaning policy for several years now for all of their buildings.

I am wondering if anyone has had success submitting an ID credit in LEED NC 2009 for complying with the requirements of LEED EBOM 2009 MRc4 Reduced Mercury.

Exemplary Perfomance not showing up?

We are having issues with an exemplary performance credit not showing up in the ID drop-down box. We are meeting the criteria for exemplary performance for SSc7.1.

Innovation points no longer recognized?

I have conflicting information on a few Innovation points that have been achieved on certain projects, but are apparently being denied on current projects being deemed "too easy" by the GBCI review

We are just seeing the first few v2009 projects certified, with many more coming of course, but with the 7 NC projects certified so far (out of almost 80 total for the firm), there are some interes

Pilot Credit 42: Integrated Process

My project had been planning on registering for Pilot Credit 42: Integrated Process, but it appears that this is pilot credit is no longer an option.
