Pilot Credit 42: Integrated Process

My project had been planning on registering for Pilot Credit 42: Integrated Process, but it appears that this is pilot credit is no longer an option. Has anyone had experience with a similar situation? We would like to use the training that we have conducted to help earn an ID credit.

Michael, PC42 is indeed closed to new registrations. I don't see a way around that currently, other than looking for other pilot credits or innovative approaches. What is the training you conducted?

My project had the same thing happen to it. We planned on using Pilot Credit 42, but had it pulled before we could register for it. The training session was still helpful, but it is disapointing we can't get credit for it now. Does anyone have any experience trying to use an expired Pilot Credit as an ID credit? Or is it pretty much assumed that once a Pilot Credit is closed, no matter how good the idea, a project can't pursue it. Thanks!

BWBR, I would assume that USGBC is quite firm about this.

That is what I figured. Thanks Tristan for the confirmation.

Now that something similar has been included in the LEED for Healthcare rating system (IDp1: Integrated Project Planning and Design) could teams seek this as an ID point via Path 1: Innovation in Design, Borrowing from other existing rating systems?

I would be very interested to hear if project can borrow the IDp1 Integrated Project Planning and Design for one of their Innovation in Design credits. It would seem reasonable, you can borrow EBOM credits and use them in NC. Does it make any difference that it is a prerequisite, not a typical credit?

LEED-HC has the Prerequisite for Integrated Project Planning and Design as well as a credit (IDc3). I imagine you could take from LEED-HC and apply documentation for another rating system as is often done with LEED-EB:O&M.
